Enjoy this beautiful 5 bed 3.5 bath home situated on the 12th hole of The Legend Golf Course, designed by Arnold Palmer, in Shanty Creek. Located in the heart of 5 Champion Courses. With 4,200 sq. ft to spread out, this home is perfect for a multi-family vacation, mens dream golf getaway, holiday getaways and so much more. This is a private piece of property without neighbors on either side of home.....
This home has all your outdoor entertainment needs covered year round. Which makes the location versitile to the change of the seasons that we love in Northern Michigan.
Summer/Spring time you're in the heart of Chain of Lakes, featuring Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire for boating, minutes away from 5 of the most beautiful golf courses northern Michigan has to offer, pool access, tennis courts, pickleball, biking and hiking.
The Fall is a great time to take in all the fall colors while golfing and hiking.
Winter offers skiing, snow boarding, tubing, snow shoeing, cross country just minutes from the home. If you’re snowmobiling the the Jordan Valley Trail system is just miles from the house.
The kitchen is fully stocked with granite counter tops, an island as well as an office space, it opens into the dining room that then opens into the living area, which then spreads all the way to the wet bar area, this gives the home an open airy feel with an abundance of space to spread out or come together.
The screened in porch off the dining area has an amazing view of the course and is a perfect spot to gather during summer nights to play games or visit while enjoying the outdoors. The expansive master bedroom is located on the main level, with a large bathroom featuring a jet bathtub and walk in shower, it also features a door to access the hot tub located in the second screened in porch.
The second bedroom is located on the main level right off the living area. The other three bedrooms and two full baths are located downstairs with a huge great room, perfect for the kids to have their own space. All the bedrooms have a smart TV with streaming capability and WiFi throughout the home.
The property includes the use of The Lake Bellaire Beach Club, Access to the Pinebrook swimming pool located at the entrance, with accommodating tennis and pickleball courts. As well as access to the Indoor and Outdoor pool at The Lakeview Hotel located less than a mile from the house.

The house is nicer than the pictures, well stocked. On the golf course about 4-5 min drive to ski hill. Property was well stocked, clean and comfortable

The house and property surpassed expectations. We are a family of 10. Plenty of space. The views were gorgeous. Some of us went skiing and tubing. Some of us stayed around and walked the golf course and played games. Great communication with owners. Would love to come back!

Legend View was wonderful. Yearly family ski trip, first time at this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and spotless. Michelle (owner) was wonderful. Had a few questions and she responded quickly. Floor plan perfect for large family or multiple families. View was amazing. Extra full size fridge in the bar area was a bonus. Game table hosted lots of Euchre games as well as a 1000 piece puzzle. Kids went tubing Saturday and got in 11 hours of skiing and snowboarding on Sunday. Lots of sore feet and muscles so they took advantage of the hot tub on the screened porch. Looking forward to a return visit this summer. Great deck to watch golfers and maybe play a few rounds. When we left out 2 youngest grandsons said “Good Bye beautiful house” Thank you again Michelle for everything and helping make it such a fantastic weekend making family memories.
