This modern vacation rental is 45 square meters and on the first floor, ideal for 2 adults.
It consists of a living-kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen: stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware.
The cozy living area with a corner couch, flat-screen TV, and DVD player is perfect for relaxing evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. A dining table with two chairs is provided, and the bedroom—featuring a Royal box-spring bed (180x200) with a 22-cm luxury mattress, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a bench, and roller blinds—has everything you need for a healthy, restful night’s sleep.
Start your morning in the walk-in shower (90x140) with a glass wall. A toilet, sink with storage, and hair dryer are provided.
Outside, a sun terrace awaits you with a table and chairs, a large umbrella, and an electric grill.

You can also take the “Rasender Roland” train toward Baabe and return to Lauterbach by boat. This day trip will take you begeistern.Am Trains and buses depart from the Putbus train station, located 1 km away, taking you to many destinations on the island. The Baltic Sea beaches of Binz and Sellin are about a 15-minute drive away, and a nearby swimming spot in the Bodden is about 1 km away in Neuendorf.
