HI! Welcome to 2nd Home, the vacation rental on the North Sea!
Your 2nd Home is located right next to the resort town of
Butjadingen, which offers you a vacation atmosphere nestled between the mudflats and beach fun
. In the North Sea lagoon, you can enjoy a day of swimming
in clear water and on the bright sandy beach, regardless of the tides. At low tide, the
Wadden Sea invites you to go on a mudflat hike. Or take a trip to
the seal colonies. There you can observe the animals in their natural habitat
. Alternatively, the beaches at Burhave and Eckwarderhörne invite you to
enjoy some fun in the water.
For active vacationers, there’s the opportunity to explore the enchanting coastal landscape along the Weser Bike Path,
, and watch the shrimp and
fishing boats as they set out for their fishing grounds.
The town of Nordenham—Ellwürden/Abbehausen is also an ideal
starting point for day trips to the port cities of Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven
, and Wilhelmshaven. The JaderPark wildlife and amusement park is just a 20-minute drive away. The port cities offer maritime experiences and vibrant
city life. The unique maritime atmosphere in these cities is still
shaped today by the operations of the major seaports. Center Parcs

This vacation rental features 2 separate bedrooms: 1 double bed (140x200 cm) / 1 pull-out bed, and a living room with a sleeper sofa (110x190 cm). The apartment measures 60 square meters in total and can accommodate up to 5 people.
The apartment’s furnishings are very modern and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. Guests will find everything they need in terms of service and comfort. This includes an open, cozy living and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen furnishings and appliances, a modern bathroom with a shower, and, of course, lovingly furnished bedrooms.
If desired, we’ll also be happy to provide bed linens and towels for your stay. The cost is 15 euros per person for bed linens and 10 euros per person for a towel set.
Two sets of bed linens are included for your stay. Each additional set will be charged.
A private parking space is included directly on the property.
