For a relaxing stay, this house is surrounded by nature, in a panoramic mountain setting, between a laundry and a vineyard, only clean air, away from the noise of the city. On a closed road, no car traffic, guaranteed sleep. You can admire the cute little fish in our spring lakes. Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for coffee, tea and breakfast for the next day. Arranged on two levels, with staircase. On the ground floor guests will be able to use an equipped kitchen where they can prepare meals in complete freedom and autonomy, 1 room with TV, sofa and table, 1 bathroom with hydromassage tub for two people with chromotherapy will make your stay unforgettable. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (eight beds), 1 bathroom with shower. Windows with mosquito nets. Externally in front of the kitchen, a comfortable illuminated and equipped pergola will be the accomplice of pleasant evenings. Adjacent forest with hammocks for a rest surrounded by nature. The town of Montefiorino with all services (ATM, pharmacy, shops, refreshments, resistance museum, municipal swimming pool) 5 minutes away by car, will amaze you with the beauty of its fortress and panoramic view. Rubbiano's medieval parish church can be reached on foot in a few minutes along a path in the woods.
