The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived.
The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed.
We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean.
The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor.
I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation.

We own a condo here and rented a condo for my daughter's family. All of the pools are excellent as are the various facilities. The staff are friendly and responsive. Unit 608 is WONDERFUL and exceptionally well appointed.
