Beautiful Apartment in Campo de Fiori

Apartament jest przestronny i mieści się na 2 piętrze w kamienicy dwa kroki od Campo de' Fiori, ale jest w nim spokojnie. Dwie sypialnie mają okna od strony podwórka, więc spało nam się dobrze, łóżka były wygodne. W apartamencie są dwie łazienki (jedna przy sypialni głównej i druga, mniejsza, przy wejściu do apartamentu). Gorąca woda w łazience była dostępna cały czas, wystarczyło chwilkę zaczekać - I to jest duży plus, bo mieszkaliśmy już wcześniej w kamienicach w okolicy Campo i często były problemy z ciepłą wodą - a tu wszystko działało tak jak powinno. Apartament czysty i przyjemnie urządzony. Zdjęcia dobrze oddają to co zobaczyliśmy na żywo. Aneks kuchenny przy salonie dobrze wyposażony: duża lodówka, kawiarka, ekspres na kaspułki, czajnik elektryczny toster, mikrofala, kuchenka, garnki i utensylnia kuchenne. TV, Internet wifi również działał bardzo dobrze. Dostępne żelazko, deska do prasowania. Sam proces checkin/checkout przebiegł bezproblemowo. Właściciel lokalu jest niezwykle sympatyczny i pomocny, na bieżąco odpowiadał na wiadomości whatsapp. Udało się nawet zameldować wcześniej niż planowaliśmy. Zdecydowanie wrócimy do tego apartamentu gdy następny raz będziemy w Rzymie.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και άνετο!

Το κτίριο ήταν πολύ παλιό και Η είσοδος στην πολυκατοικία και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση! Εντός του παιδικό δωμάτιο και σε κάποιο ντουλάπι βρισκόταν η εξωτερική μονάδα του αιρκοντίσιον η οποία είχε αρκετό θόρυβο! Γενικά η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος χρειάζεστε αρκετή περισσότερη επιμέλεια!

Communication with the host. You need to push the button to enter the building, but it did not work. At first we texted the host, she/he kept saying we should push the button, which we tried many times. Then we asked our Italian fried to call the host - no answer. We went to the cafe nearby and asked there to call the host - no result, the host simply did not pick up the phone. We spend 1 hour 15 min with our luggage at the front door until somebody (a neighbour) let us in. And the host did not even apologized. Also, check-in was ridiculous. It was enough to fill the form with the passport information and permanent address of all three of us, but you also had to send the scans of the "passports (front), passports (rear)" and selfies of the passport page with the photo and yourselves! In our case it was just impossible to do since all three of us were on trip in different places, not to mention the time waste. In general, communication with the host was very unpleasant. The host cared too much about safety of the apartment and did not care at all about the comfort of the guests. Now about the apartment itself: the windows look directly to the huge condition on the building across a narrow street, so it was quite loud. The apartment is on the high floor with no elevator, so for those with heavy luggage it might be a problem. The street looks dirty and not attractive. The accommodation is rated 4 stars, so you would expect more that just one small shower gel/person for a week stay and change of towels. You also had to throw the waste yourself, about what the host reminded you two times.
