Great location & perfect for our needs

Location was perfect for what we needed. Daughter was competing in 70.3 Ironman and shuttle pick up was right outside. Plus was very central to everywhere we needed to be as supporters. Campsite is very quiet which was perfect for us but may just have been the time of year so maybe busier in summer holidays. Chalet was very roomy. There were only 3 of us so was perfect. It may be a little cramped with seating if fully booked with 6 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. There were a couple of games on the shelves plus a jigsaw. Clothes horse in the cupboard which was handy to dry the towels. We took our own bed linen & towels. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Bruges was a short train journey from Heist station and the car parking was only 20c!

Twin beds are very small and mattresses very old and soft and really need replacing. Door hinge in toilet in bedroom needs oiling as it is very very squeaky. There were a couple of cleaning issues - a dried up cake on the shelf with the games & some food/drink streaks on the cupboard doors but nothing that concerned us.

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Bei Ankunft alles sehr warm. Gute Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, eingezäunt, super für Hunde. Elektro Heizung im Wohnzimmer

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Schärfere Messer und eine Schere wären schön gewesen.

Casa mobile carina in camping a circa 20 minuti da Bruges

La casa mobile è obiettivamente carina e dotata di ogni confort; le camere sono piccoline però funzionali, la sala da pranzo è accogliente con un bel caminetto elettrico, la cucina dotata di quanto serve; ci sono 2 piccoli bagni, di cui uno con box doccia.

Purtroppo la recensione non può essere totalmente positiva perchè al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato riscaldamento non funzionante e acqua calda non presente. La caldaia era andata in blocco per mancanza di gas. La proprietaria si trovava all'estero ed essendo il giorno di Natale nessuno ci ha potuto assistere fino al mattino successivo. Dormire al freddo senza acqua calda non è stato piacevole. La proprietaria ci è venuta incontro abbonandoci le spese extra della biancheria, ma il disagio comunque ha pesato sulla vacanza. Letti corti e non molto comodi.

El segundo día al llegar a las 21 h no funcionaba ni la calefacción ni el agua caliente ni la cocina, llamé inmediatamente a la propietaria y no se digno a contestar, ni por WhatsApp, ni por teléfono ( hay unas instrucciones con dos números de teléfono) resulto que se había terminado el gas ( estaban las dos botellas vacías) por falta de previsión, había ropa interior en los armarios sucia de otros usuarios en los armario y varios productos de uso personal en otro armario, al día siguiente cuando ya nos habíamos ido me contesta que lo leyó a las 1h ( yo la llamé sobre las 21h) tengo fotos y capturas de todo lo que aquí expongo, total que nos quedamos SIN PODER DUCHARNOS ,SIN CALEFACCIÓN, SIN PODER HACER LA CENA Y HELADOS DE FRIO ( ENCIMA NOS COBRO 70€) POR LAS TOALLAS QUE NO PUDIMOS USAR total que muy mal solamente por no revisar el gas y NOS FASTIDIO TODA LA ESTANCIA
