Location to work / shops was very good, very comfortable bed. Decent parking. Good space overall.

The place was a very basic clean. Cupboards were not checked when the last occupant left. I left the place cleaner then when I arrived. There was not enough adequate heating for the space of the property. Not enough basic cleaning supplies, eg Toilet Cleaner / Disinfectant wipes. No vacuum provided only a broken broom. I was staying for 13 nights. I brought my own basic supplies. Owner had a dog it was tied up on the verandah right outside the kitchen window / Glass Sliding doors every time you opened the blinds or open the window it would just bark its head off.

Very nice place just a couple of little things like when it rained it flooded that front walk way an shoes got totally wet. An would be a bit comfortable if it had a 2 or 3 seater lounge an not 2 hard 1 seat chars to watch TV. It was a very nice modern place with every thing u need to say for sort or long stay. Maybe sum tea sugar an coffee would have just set it apart from other places an added that little extra bonus instead of having to go to get it in the rain an get wet walking back in.

Just maybe a lounge for that home feeling an comfort sum tea coffee sugar milk an the front drainage to b fixed. Every thing else was perfect down to having every thing like hand wash bodywash even bin bags an washing up stuff..
