Location was great easy to get to every place
Apartment was very comfortable clean

Fro the looks of the place from the road o was worried but once there in the apartment it was sweet

I loved the comfortable, homey setting, and the location. I was within walking distance of restaurants, the gym, and especially near my daughter and my grandchildren. If anything were to come up they were quick to respond -I look forward to doing it again.

I like the labeling on everything from pot drawer to light switches. Bed and sofa where very comfortable and plenty of room. the exterior lighting made me feel safe and interior night lights nice touch! Beach chairs and towels available to use.
all and all I would stay here again and recommend the cozy queen retreat. close to the main street restaurant and shopping area.
the shower valve was hard to turn on/off, the thermostat was stuck on fan mode (but was very comfortable)

Quiet location iperfect for investigating all of New Port Richey and local beaches. Caring, gracious host, concerned with your comfort.
Can't think of anything that was a disappointment.
