הדירה מקסימה ומאובזרת. גולת הכותרת היא המרפסת הענקית עם הנוף לכל כיווםן אפשרי. ממש קרוב לסצנה של המסעדות בנמל וגם קרוב לארועי כריסטמס שהתחילו ולואדי ניסנס - - אהבנו גם את הנגישות של מקום האירוח בטלפון
הבנין כשנכנסים אליו לא נראה מזמין ולובי הכניסה לא משדר אווירת חופשה

מקום מקסים נקי מאד ומטופח. הנוף והמרפסת מושלמים והקרבה למקומות בילוי ואוכל משובחים במרחק הליכה היתה יתרון ענק. נהנינו מאד ובטוח נחזור

ריח לא נעים בהגעה לבית, דירה מאד קטנה, לא גדולה מספיק בשביל יותר משני אנשים בנוחות (יש מרפסת גג ענקית אבל הדירה עצמה קטנטנה). אין דברים בסיסיים כמו פותחן לבקבוקים. מחיר יקר בצורה מטורפת ביחס לתמורה.
