Lift where not working

Truly beautiful apartment, really quiet despite being basically on top of the train station. Incredible view! Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ceiling fans and a standup fan to help with the heatwave. Very responsive and helpful host. Had a few issues along the way but nothing major, everything was resolved! Key safe is stored in a unit visible from the recommended entrance for the flat, very close.

The lift intended for the flat was broken, carried my case up three floors. Once informed, the host called an engineer and gave me directions for other lifts in the building. The cleaner let herself in over an hour early despite me organising and paying for late checkout, but the hosts were very apologetic and refunded the fee. Checkout is listed as 11am on here but is in fact 10am (unless late checkout is booked and paid).

Everything was on point, well maintained you can’t go wrong with this apartment. Will defo visit here again.

The check in could have been a bit more easier, I was walking around for 10 minutes trying to find the apartment could have been given better instructions.

Location and view was nice

The lift wasn’t working and we was on the third floor, I reported it twice and had no reply! Also no bin liner in the kitchen bin.
