Good but TV and Wi fi need to be looked at

The cleanliness and control of lilegal substances inside kids toys help via this property and danger with a broken glass shower door “propped” up on the wall …. Extremely unsafe . Shame as I usually enjoy to stay here

The apartment is just above the Milton Keynes Train Station. Extremely convenient from a location point of view. Very good transport links. Lots of coffee shops, eating joints at the station. Event newsagents, Premier shop, etc. The property is very nicely furnished and well maintained. Very comfortable for short stays.

The instructions to locate the key weren’t clear. The location was difficult to find in the dark. The property overall was clean. But the toilet hadn’t been flushed after last use. So question the cleaning efficiency. The wash basin in the toilet is not working. After use the water takes a long time to drain. It needs to be fixed. The door handle of the door to the living room, came off. Needs to be repaired. Though I had paid for late checkout, the cleaner came in at 12 and was asking me to move out. But the owner was easy to contact and sorted things quickly.

Advertised as having 3 beds but only 2. When booked we stated 3 Adults and a Child but bedding wasn't available for the second bed however the host was quick to sort so thank you. Couldn't use the shower as the door was physically detached

Great location, flat was ok

Helpful video for arriving. Very close to paid for parking and ideal location for getting the train. Lots of facilities in the flat

Change instructions to find entrance from collecting keys to "walk diagonally to the left from DPD the entrance is shortly before Subway" as I wandered around for a while looking on the left, it was late at night so was a bit worried. Table had some residual food stains on it, shower door was broken off and against wall in bathroom and bathroom was a bit grubby (i.e. long term stains in toilet, mirror aged). Blinds aren't great and quite noisy

The glass shower door was off its hinges and leaning against the wall, there was confusion over the keys as the wrong keys were in the wrong lock box and the WiFi did not work.

Check in process wasn’t explained - had to call to work out I had to go to another place to collect keys. Property, specifically the bedding had a strange smell that made it feel unclean. Shower wasn’t very clean either.

Apartment could do with some TLC, all walls marked and grubby, sofa stained and cigarette burns, kitchen lights faulty. No hot water early in morning. Difficult communication to get booking in process, only sent details 15mins before check in.

Beautiful apartment! It was a very good stay! Also when I came in the owner had the mattress changed which was an issue for other people but not to worry anymore it is a fresh brand new mattress which was very comfortable. The owner accommodated me very well and also allowed to do a late check out despite a late notice, exceptional service and extremely kind, would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Overall, a stylish and modern apartment with great amenities, but the uncomfortable and unclean bed

Nearly everything about this apartment is great! The modern design, sleek kitchen, and well-set-up living room make it such a cool space. The WiFi was excellent, and overall, it had a high-end feel.

However, what really let it down—and was honestly so surprising—was the bed. How can everything be so new, yet the mattress feel so old? I could literally feel the springs pressing against my back, making it incredibly uncomfortable. On top of that, I don’t think the bed was properly cleaned. It was made to look nice, but when I got into bed at night, I found tiny crumbs or biscuit bits underneath, which was pretty gross. In the end, I had to sleep on the sofa for the rest of the week because it was actually more comfortable. I’m not one to complain, especially since I was there for work, but this place is so close to being a perfect 10/10—if only the bed had lived up to the rest of the apartment’s high standard.

Manque de serviettes de toilettes (1 grande + 1 petite pour 2 personnes , c’est limite !!!) 1 seul rouleau papier toilette ! Pas de serviette pour les mains dans la cuisine. Vue sur les rails ! J’aurais préféré sur la place devant la gare , les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas . Attention parking aux alentours , tous payants !!!!! Nous avions déjà loué ( l’été dernier)un appartement au dessus de la gare de Milton , qui était de loin beaucoup plus équipé ( décor bleu)
