Fajna lokalizacja. 10 min do centrum. Duża przestrzeń. Blisko kawiarnia, piekarnia i mały sklep spożywczy. Szybki kontakt z właścicielem w przypadku jakikolwiek problemów.
Myślę że apartament do odświeżenia. W łazience i sypialni grzyb na ścianie i suficie. Do uzupełnienia wyposażenie kuchni. Odpadające maskownice od drzwi łazienkowych. Wypadająca klamka drzwi wejściowych. Brak drobnego wyposażenia kuchennego. Problem z TV (nie o to chodzi aby oglądać, ale nie był w ogóle skon figurowany pod internet oraz tv). Okna balkonowe (wykuszowe) przywiązane/ zabezpieczone sznurkiem i nieszczelne.

Buona posizione. L’ arredo è semplice ma carino. Il padrone di casa è stato sempre disponibile alle mie domande. Servizi vicini ( market, fermata bus, caffetteria..)
Nel complesso l appartamento era pulito ma peccava in alcuni dettagli. La cappa era sporca di grasso, un po di polvere su alcune superfici. Il climatizzatore in sala era funzionante mentre quello in camero no.
