Great location, communicative host, and spacious and clean room and bathroom. The view from the windows is amazing and it is a short walk to the river. The check in guide was useful for finding a place to store my luggage after the stay as well. I love that it is in a less touristic location but still has easy access to places like Bellagio.
The toilet roll holder is broken which made it difficult to use, especially with an injury. And it was unclear how to open the door and I think it would be good to add the instructions to the check in guide. I had to ask for help from strangers since it was outside of the hours in which the property owners were contactable.
