Góralski Resort Family & SPA

Staying here for the second time. Tasty breakfasts woth variety of options, nice spa (but a lot of people, so we avoided it this time), comfortable beds and rooms.

We have not figured out how to enable the towel heater and sometimes the water pressure was gone for a short period of time. Overall this has not afgected our impression.

Modern and new appartment, nice interior design. Good restaurant. Free parking spot.

Crowded spa zone and pool was a real disappointment. Nobody even wanted to go there even though we booked it for this specific feature. 1 AC unit in the living room is not capable of cooling other rooms during a heatwave, it was too hot to sleep in the bedrooms and we had to open all the windows and doors. In the early morning the yard (parking area) gets really busy and noisy. Also the waterpark is making noises all night, so if you will have your windows open all night, it just starts to annoy. The short driveway from the main street to the resort is bumpy.

Prostredie krásne, raňajky super, vraciame sa opakovane :)

Tentokrát to bolo slabšie. Izba nižšej kategórie a dokonca za vyššiu cenu ako po prvýkrát apartmán. Dostali sme kľúč od nesprávnej izby a vošli sme k niekomu cudziemu kto okamžite volal na recepciu. Vzápätí sme dostali od správnej izby, tá však nebola nachystaná. Do štvrť na 7 sme čakali pred izbou, kým nám ju nachystajú, aj to to bolo len pro forma, nedostali sme ani vodu ktorú sme prvýkrát mali, pohár vínový pre dvoch tiež len jeden. Vo wellnesse dieťa ktoré každého otravovalo, stúpalo po ľuďoch, rodičia to mali na háku, teenegeri, ktorí robili fotky vo vírivke i napriek tomu že tam boli aj iní ľudia a taktiež sa tam premávali ľudia v kabátoch ktorí sa chodili len pozrieť, lebo to bolo nonstop otvorené. Očakávala by som že staff zasiahne keď to vidí cez kamery, taktiež keď niekto do tretice čaká na správnu a nachystanú izbu do štvrť na sedem, by som ho aspoň zadarmo zatiaľ vzala do hotelovej kaviarne alebo na prosseco, no sedeli sme na chodbe :-) I napriek tomu to tam máme radi a dáme tomu šancu aj do budúcna.
