The reachability of Leo was so easy! I couldn't use the booking.com app whilst away so I used whatsap and he was receptive there as well. He was very easy to communicate with and thorough in delivering entry instructions.
Nothing! Couldn't ask for a better stay in Lake Como, incredibly central and easy to access, as well as very lovely apartment. Would recommend for a short stay with friends or getaway as a couple.
