Hotel was clean. Welcoming staff. Hotel food was fresh. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful and, unusually for Egypt, did not constantly hassle for tips.
Very poor WiFi. Very limited breakfast. Indifferent lunch. Bathroom was very cramped and in need of renovation.

Great location, very clean, good Wi-Fi, generous breakfast, and very helpful staff. Very kind breakfast waitress. Very close to all underground lines. Two McDonald’s nearby avd two supermarkets (Kazyon). Would come again.
Diner prices a little high, too touristic. 550 EGP for a meal.. we never saw anyone eating dinner during our stay. Probably with better prices kaku would have, given the stunning view from the restaurant. Not the hotel’s fault but the Cairo Museum is very run down from my last visit..

the staff are kind. they are friendly. the location is super.we can access the bus for cairo easily.
when we arrived at here,no one here.people who are going to leave your luggage in the morning have to know that. we didnt know how to check in.
