The Owner was extraordinarily accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience was had. Reached out immediately to provide information, instructions and support. Provided excellent room, and assisted in transport to the property from airport. Answered and communicated with no delay or issues. Was just a fantastic experience all around and would recommend the property and owner/manager to anyone looking for trustworthy and fantastic support. Outstanding price especially for the location and alternative options 10/10 would rate higher if aloud!

Great location,. Cose to the 2 accessible beaches, decent bars, restaurants and a bakery all in the same street with others in walking distance if you wanted a change. Check in was easy thanks to Angels directions and notes just make sure you get the messsge thru before you arrive without having granted data roaming before leaving your home country... slightly.scary briefly. Travellers Tip - The taxi from the airport (via the booking desk located by following taxi signs) cost less than $25 AND we found a contact for the rest of our stay whenever we needed a car.

In my opinion accom prices in 'new' San Juan are way too high for what's on offer - Not personally aimed at Omero, its just the way it is.

Gute Lage in Strandnähe; recht schönes und ruhiges Stadtviertel; grundsätzlich sauber

Sehr einfache Ausstattung, total Basic. Viele kleine Dinge, die nicht schön waren oder nicht funktionierten (u.a. Licht im Bad ging nicht, Steckdosen und Verbindungen alt und schlecht, Bett sehr weich und mit stark spürbaren Bettfedern, Küchenausstattung alt verrostet und total basic); kein Zimmer-Service in 3 Tagen und Null persönlicher Kontakt; Warmwasser und Dusche eigentlich ein Vollausfall. Viel zu teuer (sicherlich bedingt durch die Fiestas de la Calle in San Juan) für das, was es ist!!
