Tiene excelente ubicación, equipado con aires acondicionados nuevos, Muy linda decoración interior.
El clima de la zona es muy húmedo, y las paredes del departamento no escapan de este problema. nos toco días de lluvia y por el ventanal del fondo filtraba algo de agua. En el baño se podría poner agua caliente en la pileta y mejorar su ubicación, ya que se moja todo al utilizarla. También se podría mejorar la disposición de la ducha.
