Wonderful apartment with huge terrace

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. From the beginning the owner was very friendly and communicative. Easy online check in process. Private parking on site. Owner met us as we got there to let us in. The apartment itself seemed pretty new and clean. Best part was the terrace, which was huge. It comes with a hot tub and big sofa. Owner also gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine. There were some food and drinks for us for breakfast also. Tv came with Netflix. Good wifi. Just 5 minute walk to the red line metro, taking 20 minutes to the Duomo. On the ground floor is also a bakery. Across the street is a cafe. Highly recommend.

L'appartamento è molto bello ed accessoriato. Mi sono sentito come a casa.

L'unica pecca... La Jacuzzi. Dopo due ore la temperatura era aumentata di soli due gradi. Per chi la userà in futuro, consiglio di accenderla in largo anticipo.

Schöne Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Mailand

Es war eine tolle, kleine Ferienwohnung mit großer, überdachter Terrasse. Zum Empfang stand ein Wein zur Verfügung und es gab einen kleinen Vorrat an Säften und Naschereien, was wir sehr nett fanden. Wir hatten unseren Parkplatz direkt im Innenhof und konnten nach Mailand rein die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen, welche nah und fußläufig zu erreichen waren. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Mailand besuchen möchte. Direkt unterhalb der Ferienwohnung gab es eine Bäckerei für frisches Gebäck am Morgen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich.

Ab und zu bellen die großen Hunde des Vermieters direkt nebenan. Die Terrasse war nicht besonders sauber und könnte von den Pflanzkübeln her besser gepflegt werden.

Sauberes und geschmackvolles Appartement mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, Mega Terrasse mit Jacuzzi, kostenloses Parken im H

Parkplatz im Hof, so dass die Parkplatzsuche entfällt (Hauptgrund), bis zum Dom 20 Min mit der Metro, Metrostation fußläufig ca 7 Min entfernt. Tipp zum Self-Check-in, was für uns und andere Gäste verwirrend war. Man erhält vom Eigentümer zwei Codes. Der erste lange Code öffnet die Haupteingangstür zum Hof. Der zweite 4-stellige Code den kleinen Schlüsseltresor direkt links an der Wand im Hof. Im Schlüsseltresor befindet sich ein Schlüsselbund mit mehreren Schlüsseln. Einer davon ist für das große Hoftor, welches man von innen aufschließen kann, so dass es sich komplett öffnet und man mit dem Auto in den Hof fahren kann. Der zweite für die Tür zum Hof und die zwei anderen für die Wohnung selbst. Bäcker im Haus, Supermarkt direkt vor Ort, Appartement super sauber und geschmackvoll, neu renoviert und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Alles riecht gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Küchenrolle, Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie, Tee, Marmelade, Kaffee, Kaffeemilch, Kekse, Wasser, Saft… wirklich jedes kleine Detail vorhanden, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle, 2-Platten-Herd, sehr bequemes Bett, TV mit Netflix, mega Terrasse (größer als Wohnung selbst) mit tollen Loungemöbeln und Jacuzzi, Tisch zum draußen Essen. Sehr netter Eigentümer, einfache Kommunikation. Gute Englischkenntnisse. Zeitl. unabhängiger Self-check-in über Schlüsselbox.

Obwohl wir selbst mit Hund kamen (unserer sehr ruhig), hat uns der Hund des Eigentümers in den 2 Nächten unseres Aufenthalts wach gehalten bzw. am wieder Einschlafen gehindert. Etwas ungünstig, wenn man morgens für den Besuch von Mailand fit sein möchte. Die Hunde scheinen generell sonst ruhig zu sein, nur leider nicht, wenn der Eigentümer selbst nicht da ist. Das war bei uns leider der Fall. Marco, bitte die vielen Schlüssel und Codes besser erklären. Wir und die anderen Gäste waren etwas mit dem Hoftor, Einfahrt Auto etc überfordert bzw etwas verwirrt.
