Pretty great accommodation, I enjoyed my stay with them. House ambience is pretty nice as it's surrounded by a lot of vegetation.
I had some issue with mosquitos as the nets are a bit worn down and there is no net on the small window in the bathroom, but the host has provided me with some bug spray and I managed to solve the problem. A tad too pricey, but Mumbai is overpriced in general.

Beautiful room with lots of natural light. Clean, comfortable, and relaxing
From the street, it looks a little rough, but don’t let that fool you! It’s wonderful inside. Excellent value!

The room is beautiful, with very tasteful details, it felt very luxurious. The staff and the garden are true to their name - Zen.
