The building security, and management staff were welcoming and lovely. The owner allowed a relaxed checkout which was great for the kids and allowed some extra sightseeing. The apartment was well stocked with snacks which was great for hungry travellers.
Cleaning could be slightly better. Corners rooms and drains in showers are not being cleaned thoroughly by those responsible. Otherwise it was near pristine!

The location and spaciousness of the flat . A very well equipped flat with excellent laundry facilities and all the modern appliances in the kitchen . The tea / coffee / bottled water and snacks an added bonus . I should mention two things - India booking .com does not accept credit card payments so had io pay the host at the end of the stay . Secondly we had far too much luggage so needed a second taxi to take us to Surat . The host very kindly organised for an uber . We were really grateful
I personally wasn’t keen on the decor as it’s was dated and we could have binned the plastic flowers and the shag pile rugs in the living room and bean bags . A more soothing colour palette in the living areas would have given this a 10 !

Very well maintained property, extremely friendly and accommodative host. They have taken care of smallest details (e.g. Cot for your little ones just in case you may need)

とにかく広い。
1人でしたが狭い部屋が好きではないので泊まりましたが1人では広すぎました。笑
数人で借りて楽しむのも良いと思います。
あと飲み水を冷蔵庫に用意してくれていたので助かりました。
旅行者にとって水の確保が大変なので。
歯磨きも水道ではなく飲み水でするくらいなので沢山飲める水があったのは良かったです。
自分が知らなかったからなのですがバルコニーに出て窓を閉めたら外から開かなくなって部屋に戻れず外のセキュリティの人に「Help me」と言って助けてもらいました。笑
バルコニーに出る時は完全に閉めずに開けておいてください。
インド式なのか日本にはないタイプだったのでそこだけは注意。
