Good location for our purposes. Well appointed and comfortable
For family accommodation, particularly as in our case having very small children, we felt the glass coffee table in the TV room was a real hazard. We also had an infestation of wasps one morning in one of the bathrooms, again dangerous. No wasp spray provided.

The area is very clean and quiet. The walk to the beach was fair. One can walk to Bournemouth Pier in roughly 45 mins, which is nice along the promenade. The apartment was spacious as the 5 of us didn't feel we were on top of each other. It was lovely to receive the coffee, tea, biscuits and wine - a lovely welcoming touch - thank you.

The location is perfect, 15 mins from a beach, 10 mins from a pub. The flat is very good size with a great social space, well equipped kitchen, perfectly placed dining table and comfy beds.
