Les 3 Vallées - Hameau des eaux d'Orelle - Appartement 003

L'appartement est bien, très bien situé, en face de l'arrêt de bus pour vous amener à Orelle, debut des pistes.

Des voisins bruyants...

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le fait que le logement soit proche des télécabines et surtout avec des navettes en bus gratuites et pratiquement toutes les 15min. L’accès à la piscine avec jacuzzi, hammam et sauna est gratuit également. Le logement et l’établissement est propre. Une place de parking (souterrain et sécurisé) est attribuée avec la location de ce logement.

Apartment. No breakfast. And that is ok. I like to cook.

The appartment was very comfortable, the shower was the best and the location superb. There is a ski room at the building, there is a warm spa center with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. And the ski shuttle depart each 15 minutes to the gondola which was coftortable for skiing.

The comunication with Katia wasn't so pleasent for us. The wifi didn't work at the first few days and she wasn't able to try to solve it. When we arrived the toilets were broken and no one came to fix it for the whole of our 9 days stay. The most unpleasent experience we had was a surprise demand to clean the appartment. They threatend to use deposit they didn't have if we will not mop and wash the floor and clean everything for the next guests. It wasn't written anywhere in booking.com and the comunication with Katia about that was very frustrating for us. In addition for everything the bed wasn't comfortable at all. We didn't sleep well for all of our stay.
