Sehr bequeme Betten, großzügige Räume und eine gute Lage.

Wir hatten in allen Räumen an den Zimmerdecken ein kleines Spinnenproblem. Wir haben es mit ein bisschen Mühe beseitigt. ( zwei Flaschen Insekten Spray )

The property is located on the eastern side of Magdeburg in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There is no private parking available, but this is not an issue. There is usually plenty of space on the street, and parking is easy thanks to the dedicated parking bays, so you do not need to parallel park. If there is no free parking space when you arrive, there is a Lidl supermarket directly across the street where you can temporarily park to unload your luggage before moving your car to a street parking space. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and located on the ground floor, making it easy to carry luggage in and out. There is also access to a small enclosed backyard that is not accessible from the street. If you travel with bicycles, this provides a safe and convenient place to store them. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived, but after we informed the host, it was already scheduled for repair. The beds are very comfortable. The bedroom facing the backyard is particularly quiet, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The second bedroom faces the street and can be somewhat noisy in the morning if the window is open. The apartment features two large TVs, a dedicated workspace with a monitor, and a reliable internet connection, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The location is very convenient. The city center can be reached on foot, by bicycle, or by tram. Across the street, besides Lidl, there is a bakery with fresh bread and pastries every morning, as well as several restaurants and takeaway options. We especially recommend Miss Do, an excellent Asian restaurant in the neighboring building. Communication with the host was excellent. Every request we had was addressed promptly and professionally. We encountered a cleaning issue upon arrival, but the host resolved it quickly and professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service.

The automatic door lock keypad occasionally required entering the code several times before unlocking.

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise, alle Angaben korrekt und leicht verständlich. Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, modern und komfortabel. Sehr gut in der Nähe des Messegeländes gelegen, gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber bei Schäfers! Insgesamt top Wertung meinerseits!
