Location, layout, bikes to use, table tennis table & plenty of bedding

Central heating & cooling not working which made the 2nd living area extremely hot. The games/lounge room due to the other lounges split system not making it into the other lounge. We spent a bit of time in that room playing table tennis

Table tennis table. Streaming platforms on TV. Free wifi. Size of kitchen. Gas hot water.

The hot water ran out on the last night and the instructions to change the bottle didn't match the diagram on the bottle.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the toys and books, which kept them happily entertained. The place had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. The only thing we missed was a rice cooker, but everything else was well thought out and provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great location for access to the Mountain Bike Park. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we would absolutely rebook.

The property looked like it had been cleaned really well after the last guests, but we wondered if that was sometime before we arrived. There were a lot of spider webs everywhere and dust on the floors. Not a big deal - we just did a quick dust and vacuum when we got there - otherwise it was excellent.
