La ubicación está muy bien en una calle peatonal, tranquila y próxima al puerto y a la zona animada de Luanco. Varios aparcamientos gratuitos próximos al apartamento. El apartamento es pequeño pero corresponde a la descripción del anuncio. La cocina no es la más cómoda por su distribución pero en el espacio que hay no se podría poner mucho mejor. La limpieza en todo el apartamento, perfecta. La anfitriona muy amable y fácil de contactar con ella. En resumen, muy recomendable para visitar Luanco y alrededores como Avilés, Gijón, Salinas, Candás, Cabo de Peñas, ... Todo está muy cerca en coche.
