המיקום היה מצויין, התקשורת מול המארחים הייתה מעולה, זמינים מאוד לכל שאלה או בעיה, הדירה מרווחת, מיטה נוחה ומרפסת שמשקיפה לרחוב הראשי. יש בדירה מכונת כביסה, מדיח, אינטרנט חזק ושני מזגנים מעולים. הצ׳ק אין ואאוט היו קלים ועברו חלק.
היו חסרים כלים לבישול ונקיון בדירה, יש רק שני סירים ומחבת, אין כפיות, אין קרש חיתוך או כף לערבב, או קערה גדולה לסלט. היינו צריכים לקנות סקוטץ׳ לשטיפת כלים כי לא היה במטבח, מטאטא גם לא היה בדירה. למדיח נשברה הדלת הכבדה שמשאירה אותו פתוח אז זה היה קצת לא נוח כי הוא כל הזמן נסגר כשמנסים למלא או לרוקן אותו.

Amfitriona excel·lent. T'ajuden amb tots els dubtes que tinguis. L'apartamen està molt ben situat, és molt gran i comfortable. Neteja perfecte. I una terrassa enorme on pots viure l'ambient del barri. Recomanem provar el Restaurant Era pizzeria que està situat davant del balcó.
A la terrassa li falta una taula.
