Maurice was so lovely and helpful. The daily cleaning service was very helpful and efficient. Clean towels daily. Good communication. There was a heater and electric blanket which helped enormously in the cold. I felt safe.
It was a little small but for the price it was good. Could have used a few more cleaning materials. Some extra double prong plugs would have helped. Could have used a mirror for getting ready, perhaps by the desk especially for ladies.

Kitchen ware. You have to keep washing after every use. Two spoons, forks, teaspoon? That's very limiting. There is nothing to use for keeping leftovers. Couch is so hard, I mean hard. It was so, I mean so uncomfortable to sit on it and watch TV. Please do something about it. It causes backache.
