Чистота и руководство по заселению. Подземный паркинг.
Не понравилось отсутствие стирального порошка или геля, отсутствие шампуня.

Czystość. Jakość wnętrza. Kontakt z właścicielem. Piękne i bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Cicha spokojna okolica. Parking na wprost miejsca garażowego. Właściciela troskliwy i ugodowy. Mam nadzieję ze taki zostanie.
Brak zadaszenia na balkonie. Ale to nie jest wina właściciela. Budowa pod blokiem praca zaczyna się od 6.00. Wygłuszenie mieszkania jednak jest super, nic nie słychać przy zamkniętych oknach.

Ogólna cisza i spokój jak chodzi o położenie apartamentu. Asortyment w apartamencie również spełnił moje oczekiwania. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie.
Lodówka która włączała się regularnie co jakieś 30 min i buczała bardzo głośno też około 30 min bez przerwy. Dla kogoś kto spędza pobyt na miejscu bez wychodzenia będzie to uciążliwe. Łóżko w sypialni trochę trzeszczy przy każdej zmianie pozycji co utrudnia spokojny sen w nocy.
