Very nice self contained apartment.
Outside looked like someone had recently
Broken in. Screen door off, things laying about. Entered room after long cold day and with typical basement apartments floor was freezing. Room was 13 degrees. I turned up heat and left. Till I could stop shivering. No extra blankets. No coffee no extra. Basic.

Quite place, private entrance and no interference with anybody.
Bus stops are not near by. It would be difficult if you do not have the car.

It was a comfortable and clean space. It was very close to a variety of restaurants.
Coming in through the back door was a bit awkward, since it is a townhouse and you have to walk behind another property.
