Dobre położenie mieszkania. Blisko metra i Bazyliki Na Lateranie. Piąte piętro daje komfort ciszy.
Winda bardzo zabytkowa ale i bardzo mała. Lodówka pracuje głośno. Kabina prysznicowa nieduża.
