- the location was at Teluk Kumbar in the predominantly Malay community. The Malay food there was very very nice and delicious - the aircond was functioning well and cold
- water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen was very low at night during our stay. We had to rely on one functioning tap/faucet in the toilet (which might be connected to a different source) - cat's smell. If you don't like cats, you may find it unpleasant - maybe the owner can fix the bathroom door, the locks were falling apart during our stay

The location was great — it’s close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around really convenient.
The access road to the property was quite narrow, and it was easy to miss the turning when entering, especially at night.

Sesuai bagi yang mahu suasana kampung.. lokasi berdekatan dengan area makan.. harga bilik ok dengan fasiliti yang disediakan. Cottage juga dalam keadaan bersih.
jalan nak masuk ke cottage agak sempit dan susah untuk cari sebab ada construction. Mungkin boleh buat lebih banyak signboard / label cottage pada lorong2 untuk mudahkan pengguna cari.
