Country Haven - Hot Tub & Pool! Game Room, King Beds, Mins 2 dwtn

Great spot in beautiful North Charleston. Great for large groups, families, etc. Host was attentive, communicative, and fixed issues immediately.

So many extras with the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit, the fenced-in yard, the keyless check-in, huge TVs and Roku in all bedrooms, very soft towels, memory foam mattresses, great hot water and water pressure, well-stocked kitchen, good communication with the owners, safe neighborhood, etc

Just a few pieces of furniture and the stair rails could use some TLC. Would like lamps in all bedrooms. But I am really reaching to find anything wrong with this property.

Es war sauber, komplett ausgestattet. Genügt Sitzplätze zum Essen. Whirlpool war toll. die Lage ist prima.

Leider sind 10 Personen nicht zutreffend. ( haben ein Schlafplatz. wir waren zu acht Personen. die zwei Doppelbetten im 4-Zimmer sind zu schmal (ca. 1.10cm). Angabe war zwei französische Betten diese sind mind. 130cm breit. dafür wäre der raum allerdings zu klein. Die Schlafcoach eignet sich auch nur für einen Erwachsenen. Uns wurde jedoch mit einer Luftmatratze ausgeholfen. Ich denke 2 Matratzen sollten immer im Haus liegen. Im Erdgeschoss und im Spielraum können diese bequem hingelegt werden.

Convenient access to major roadways, quiet, spacious, and easy to check-in/check-out. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.

Overall, the property shows signs of neglect. Walls, trim, and yard are dirty, with excessive scuffing, stains, etc. Numerous lights were non-functional due to dead bulbs and/or disconnected wiring in bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. Master bathroom "curtain" was broken in multiple sections and left partially dangling. Secondary bedroom closet door was partially broken and left swinging outside of the railing. There is a hole on the bathtub wall facing the shower in the master bathroom that looks as though it was poorly attempted to be fixed with caulk. There was quite a bit of dust on some surfaces and heavy dust and debris underneath the beds. Backyard was generally clean, but had refuse behind the furniture and large dog droppings in the yard. The downstairs toilet seat was nearly entirely unfixed, with 1 missing fastener and 1 nearly gone. Dishwasher leaks while running, and there was food debris on multiple utensils/dishes that needed to be washed. Cooking utensils were functional for our needs, but heavily worn/damaged. There's also what appeared to be a small hole in the ceiling over the upstairs landing, which was dry but had some swelling as though it could have been caused from water damage. The house had baking soda and air fresheners in many rooms, so it's unclear if this was to mask damage from water or to combat general humidity. Overall, the house has a lot of promise and value for renters looking for a good price and not as large of concern to be close to downtown Charleston (roughly 30min away), but it is in serious need of TLC by the property owner.
