i ordered a room for 3 person. so there's 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. the single bed is broken and i had bodyache due to the broken bed

Our room on the 23rd floor are spacious and clean with washing machine, around 45' flat tv, iron, microwave, floor polisher, towels,1twin bed and single bed which suites us three. You have a nice view at the swimming pool and a gym on the 10th floor which maintains cleanliness where you can see the twin towers and observatory deck while using the treadmill machine. We used the gym and pool on our last and 6th day but you can actually use them anytime you want and also a quiet place to relax. The nearest train station is pwtc around 600mtrs from the hotel and connecting also putra station if you want to explore Batu caves which we did. It's just so unfortunate that we can actually save more money have we used the train station going to kl towers instead of grab taxis since we were not familiar with the place. If you are a solo traveler you should learn to navigate and ride on their train station to go to twin towers and other popular places like chinatown and kl sentral. I think there are also buses which ride for free going to kl sentral though we haven't explored much maybe on our next visit. There were nearby 7-11 and convenient stores just accross the hotels and a big mall at pwtc station where we also tried to eat on the 5th floors and Starbucks on the 1st floor.

The only downside is that the owner did not provide a clear guide upon arrival since we came around 12mn and the staff at the hotel lobby pointed us to get our keys at the opposite building. We were just happy to be assisted by a local on the opposite building and helped us to call the owner of the unit. The key card can actually be found at the mailbox on one of the rooms at the first floor of the lobby and not on the opposite building. You should also have a whatsapp number to contact the owner where to get the keycard and the pincode to use unlock/lock the unit. This instruction was not made known to us and just found out after we were helped by a local attendant on the other building. And the 6pincode numbers written is missing the number sign # (123456#) provided for doors opening which also wasted our time since it's around 1am that we're able to get in the room. There are actually two doors to unlock as in the case of our our rented unit so we were provided with 2pin codes but the symbol # was missing though it was provided in the video but we were not able tonpick right away. But overall the hotel and the proximity of the train and facilities are superb, just for this one.
