Nice clean and functional apartment. Small kitchen but enough for our needs. Beautiful views for the balcony and rooftop. The location was great. Good access by bus into colombo and plenty of food options at a walking distance. The owner was very accommodating, we booked last minute as our initial choice was double booked. They were able to clean the place and allow us entry within hours.
The WiFi wasn't very fast, and there were not many options on the TV. Some clearer instructions about where to take trash and wifi password would have been good.

The apartment was excellent — very clean, comfortable, and felt safe throughout my stay. They even allowed an early check-in, much earlier than usual, which I really appreciated. Everything was well maintained, and I’d definitely recommend it.
A couple of small issues though: on arrival, I was told there’s a minimum three-night stay, even though my confirmed booking through Booking.com was for fewer nights. It caused a bit of confusion, but thankfully they still let us check in, which I appreciated. The only other downside was the Wi-Fi — it was extremely slow and didn’t work properly during the stay.
Overall, apart from those two things, it was a great experience, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

The place was clean and most of the essential facilities were available. The owner was very responsive and arranged everything for our convenience. Many restaurants and supermarkets available around the area. We stayed for 7 days. Highly recommended.
