OFF CAMPUS UC Room

Located near C-Train. Host was helpful and extending the stay was very easy.

Kitchen could have been cleaner, but it’s a home not a hotel.

It was a nice location. Pretty close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kind owner and other residents. Nice place all around the board.

Room was a bit small for two people.

A very clean, quiet, and cozy place. Everything was well organized and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was very friendly, gave me a tour of the house, and made sure I had everything I needed. I was especially happy that the host could speak Japanese, which made my first days in Canada much less stressful. The other people staying in the house were also very friendly, and I really enjoyed spending time with them. Everyone helped me with so many things, and I’m truly grateful for all their kindness and support. This was my first time in Canada, and thanks to everyone, I had a wonderful start to my new life here. Thank you so much! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home. I didn’t get lucky enough to see any deer, but I did see rabbits and squirrels! I heard deer sometimes walk around the neighborhood in the morning, so if you spot one, you’re lucky! 🦌🐇🐿️

The only downside is that if you miss the bus, it’s a bit of a walk to the train station. However, if you have a rental car, this is definitely an excellent location. I don’t mind walking, so I actually enjoyed the peaceful, spacious neighborhood.

Room is in the basement, but not disclosed online before payment , one person room is much cheaper than us two people room (same size room)
