Ładny apartament, mały lecz wystarczający. Z widokiem na morze, na dachu taras widokowy z lezakami, i przeszkolnym tarasem na gorszą pogodę. Dostepny parking.Duży plus za wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego w kawę, herbatę, cukier i podstawowe przyprawy, recznik papierowy co jest rzadkością w tego typu obiektach.
Zapach z kanalizacji spod prysznica trochę drażnił.

Bardzo fajne miejsce bliziutko do morza, zadbany apartament wszystko co trzeba w nim było. Z uwagi na pogodę gospodarz codziennie odśnieżał więc nie było problemu z wjazdem na parking

Komfortowy i estetyczny, aczkolwiek niewielki, apartament blisko molo w Orłowie. Położony wśród innych domów, w ciszy, na kameralnym osiedlu. Świetny zarówno na weekendowy wyjazd, jak i na dłuższy pobyt - jest wszystko, czego potrzeba (kuchnia, czajnik, sztućce, talerze i kubki). Dogodne położenie również względem komunikacji miejskiej oraz kolejki SKM.
Czystość, estetyka wnętrza, logistyka zameldowania/wymeldowania. Usytuowanie. Świetny, duży balkon, na którym można zjeść śniadanie bądź czytać w spokoju.
