KL Gateway Penthouse by Cobnb - 10Pax

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse and it exceeded our expectations. The 5 bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a large group. The layout provided both privacy and ample common areas for everyone to gather comfortably. The penthouse itself was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and offered a great view. The location was convenient and strategic, with a KL Getaway shopping mall located just below. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. The host was responsive, helpful, and professional, which made the stay stress-free. Overall, this penthouse is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The place is very clean and huge. Suitable for big family. Very convenient. Eventhough firstly was hard to find the residence but after that it's very to access. The staffs were helpful and was fast too. Thank you. Will come again n highly recommend.

Probaby water pressure can be improved. Otherwise all are excellent.

a bit lacking in facilities (no iron, etc), leaks from roof (don't know the source), some pipes have no water (don't know why because the shower's fine).

Location of the property just above a mall made it very convenient to get groceries/food. Access to the LRT service was also great and connects you to other transport systems in KL. Security staff are very helpful - one in particular went out of his way to help when Cobnb accidentally turned off the water to the unit and was slow to respond. The unit was spacious and had more toilets than we needed. Ziing from Cobnb was very helpful at the initial booking.

The unit has water damage and is potentially unsafe - after a thunderstorm, there was a puddle of water next to the inner window, and an elderly family member slipped on the wet tiled floor and lacerated her head, which caused us to have to change our travel plans. It was traumatic for everyone including my daughter who was with her. Cobnb said they will fix it immediately, but the marks on the walls suggest that this issue is not new, and the technician informed us that a plug on the inner wall in the kitchen is no longer in use because of water damage too. They have a message system which is generally responsive, but can sometimes be very unhelpful. When informed that there is no water in the unit (after they turned it off themselves by accident), the reply was to send a video about it. So they expected me to send a video of me turning on a tap. Thankfully the security man was more helpful and went up and down to the 37th and 38th floor with me a few times until he figured out how to switch it back on. You only get two keys - which is very inconvenient for the size of the apartment / and the number of people staying, especially when you need the tag to exit the building - this had an effect on travel plans. You even have to leave one key if you wanted their technician to come and fix something while you're away. The unit looked clean, but only superficially. They cleaners did not clean under the masterbed. We encountered cockroaches several times, especially on the upper level, maybe because of proximity to the rubbish collection.
