Lovely 1 bdr apartment in Sofia city center

Clean, simple but comfortable for 2-4 guests, well equiped, 5-10 min from public transport, not far from city

Only small things: 3th floor, no microvawe oven

Very uncomplicated owner, everything went smooth and easy. Thank you for the welcome snacks. Good location, Mini Markt just at the corner, food range to a nearby park, restaurants and hospital nearby. The apartment had everything needed for a long term stay, including washing machine which was a huge plus

4th floor without elevator. Only one key, which was a bit difficult as I had to go to work while my son wanted to go out at different times.

The TV didn't work during our stay. They use an online TV app that is not mentioned in the information when booking. When we contacted the owner to explain how to turn on the TV, they only explained that "you just have to press ok...and the data is entered"....so we were without TV for 2 days. Our opinion is that they should send someone to turn on the TV or leave detailed instructions for this. The toilet bowl was dirty and I had to clean it which is unacceptable. The freezer of the fridge was not cleaned either. There was a leak in the bathroom from the sink and there was always water when you washed yourself. The front door creaked loudly when you opened and closed it. So they always heard you when you came in or went out. Телевизорът не работеше по време на престоя ни.
