Die Unterkunft ist einfach und hat alles was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch, da wir nur mit Handgepäck vereist waren. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Lage ist schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Strand ist mit Auto 4 Min. entfernt. Albufeira 10-15 Min.
Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig. Die Küchenschränke waren nicht gut gelüftet. Es roch nach Schimmel. Wer Luxus erwaret ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben.

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est conforme au descriptif, très calme et très ombragé. Heure d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles. Nous reviendrons sans problème. Si vous aimez le calme, je vous recommande cette location.

Locatie: parkachtige omgeving. Schoon appartement en een hele fijne service door Ricardo en Jenifer! Het vochtprobleem werd serieus genomen want we kregen meteen een luchtontvochtiger geleverd in het huisje. Dit werkte effectief icm de airco en de kleine electrische verwarming.
Weg door park heeft slecht onderhouden asfalt ( diepe kuilen). Looppaden in het park hebben verzakte grindtegels. Veel appartementen zijn slecht onderhouden.
Appartement: is klein en gedateerd. Harde matras in het bed waardoor ik slecht sliep vanwege pijn in heupen en rug.. En het was bij aankomst heel vochtig binnen, zelfs het beddengoed en de matras waren klam.

Excelente ubicación. Playa de Falésia a 15 minutos andando, fácil acceso. Urbanización cerrada muy tranquila rodeada de pinos. El horario de la piscina es ininterrumpido desde las 09:00 hasta las 20:00.
El apartamento tiene todo el menaje de cocina que puedas necesitar. No le falta ningún detalle. Está muy bien distribuido.
La limpieza cuando te entregan el apartamento es muy buena.
Fácil aparcamiento.
