The perfect location. Air conditioning that functioned without problem. Lots of space. Clean. Good wifi. Quick responses when we had a couple of little issues. Two wash basins. Comfy sofa. Masses of storage. Toilet light switching on and off automatically. Plenty of electrical sockets, including USB ports. Despite some other reviews, it wasn't noisy - Aircon meant we could keep the double windows closed. "El vato" the lift.

We have to get picky here. The shower hose was very leaky. Shower water didn't stay in the shower. The duvet was rather small.

The host sent the code to enter ahead of our arrival. Excellent location, in the heart of bustling London. Amazing selection of restaurants. It's also near shopping, theaters, and many interesting sites. The host is very responsive and answers concerns quickly.

The shower is located in the middle of the room with no enclosure or shower curtain. It's difficult to use the shower if you're sharing the room with others. The floor always gets wet because the shower doesnt even have a door. The shower/bathroom is the only thing that would make me think twice about booking a room in this property again.

The location was perfect for my work a 10 minute walk away. Cute cafe below as well. It was relatively spacious for a city studio but I was alone. Would have been good with one other person too. Also the kitchen area seemed clean and relatively new.

Every night between 2am and 4am the water would suddenly turn on either the shower two feet from my bed and streams would rush down for a few minutes or the sink 10 feet away and loudly glug 50-60 times first fast and frequent then slower over the course of 15-20 minutes. The “management” (people/person I never got a name even after asking for four days) Who answered but maybe didn’t read the host messages were “removed” to say the least and most accurately gas lighting me of these issues. I also echo the other reviews of many dust bunnies under the bed and unfortunately a rather cheap uncomfortable mattress. Do not stay in Unit 3 - unit 4 above was very loud late at night and early in the morning. Worst four nights of sleep I’ve had since I had a newborn.
