We were attending a wedding at Prestwold Hall (which is amazing!l and this was an ideal place to stay for a family, just a 2 minute walk to the hall. This big lovely old thatched cottage with exposed beams is cosy and warm and very comfortable. If you don't know how to use an Aga, there is a.combi microwave oven in the kitchen. There is plenty of crockery, etc, and a decent fridge. There is no dishwasher as advertised. The old floors upstairs are a bit uneven naturally!! Finally, mind your head!! Especially entering the twin bedroom!!
