Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This townhome participates in a professional linen program so you can rest well in luxury.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
*Please note: Two parking passes will be provided for your stay in the condo and must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid being towed. Please leave the pass IN THE CONDO when you leave. Failure to return the pass will result in a $50.00 replacement fee.

Wierd lay out but works for two people. No oven on site as stated on the site. Great location and less than a minute from the beach.

The location of the property is wonderful, right on the beach. The condo is nice, although a murphy bed (the mattress is very comfy) in the kitchen is different. The price listing is deceptive so make sure you check all prices and fee's. Everything else is great! The pool is lovely and the condo has nice amenities! They had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler in the closet! We had an excellent stay!
