Relax in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment with mountain and Orem Temple views. We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door and back patio.
There are no cameras inside the property.
We have a noise monitoring system.
❖ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
❖ There is a $75 fee per 3o minutes for all unapproved late departures.
❖ No smoking ANYWHERE. If there is any evidence of smoking discovered in the unit or on the porch/balcony a $200 fine will be imposed immediately.
❖ We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises, or in or around the hot tub/pool area.
❖ No disturbances to other residents. This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy, the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct the issue. If there is another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately.
❖ NO packages of ANY kind are allowed to be shipped to this address.
❖ Due to the good neighbor initiative we do monitor noise levels. Conversations are NOT recorded only a loudness(decibels) readings are monitored by our security team during every stay. Located in living room.
❖ Our home has a Ring security system which has a doorbell camera on the front and back door of the unit for the safety and security of our guests and the property. ANY tampering with the camera equipment will result in a $99 replacement fee.
❖ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you.
❖ Please help keep our towels white by not using them for makeup or cleaning. Dark colored towels specifically labeled for Makeup have been provided.
❖ In an effort to maintain an allergen free environment, please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of $250 will be assessed for any instance of pets entering our unit.
❖ When your stay is complete, please leave the key fob on the counter before you leave. If the key is lost you could be charged $50 for a replacement as well as $50 for the parking pass.
❖ There is free uncovered parking available.
❖ Remember you are a guest of Canyon Vista Enterprises LLC. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team only via the Airbnb messaging app.

The apartment itself was clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom has two doors. One to the living room and one to the bedroom. This made it much nicer since we had someone sleeping in the living room. It is handicap accessible. The elevator brings you right to the third floor and there isn't a threshold. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, but it was big enough for a wheelchair. Mostly great. What wasn't great was that the pool was not super clean and the bowling was reserved for others during our time there. Of course, this is a large complex. Just a warning not to rely on being able to use the amenities. There wasn't a dining room table, but there was a very small card table and two folding chairs. Not great but at least we could all sit down to eat. The view of the temple was nice, and there was a lot of light coming in. Three pictures and furnishings give it a bright happy feel. Overall, a 4.5 star stay, but I rounded up to be kind.

It’s a nice sized apartment to stay in. It has a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The bed was extremely firm and isn’t the most comfortable. We really liked the bowling alley. I wish it would have had some sort of guest book that detailed the amenities, where they’re located and the hours opened. They’re all located in the leasing office.

This appt will be getting five stars because it was very clean and as described on the pictures. There is a comfortable open space area, including a living room and kitchen and one bedroom. The bathroom is spacious. The bed is very comfortable and big and there is carpet in the bedroom. The rest of the house has hardwood floor. There are some problems with this property though. It is located on the third floor, so there are tenants above and below the property and the noice insulation is very limited. The common areas were not very clean. There were some issues with the plumbing of the building,
Highlight of the day included a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary Pods .
