Location is great. Everything was clean. Master bathroom is VERY small with nowhere to hold toiletries. We had a great time with one mishap. Somebody prior to our check-in left a bag of potato chips on the top shelf of the oven. Unknown to us, the oven was turned to and the bag melted with chips catching fire. When I reported this to the management company, all they did was blame and calling us liars, saying we put the chips there. Management, Big Fish Rentals and Evaristo Frances, became very rude and unprofessional. We had to clean the entire oven in order to use it for the week. If it wasn’t for this mishap, the entire week would have been great.

The location was perfect!!! We wanted to be away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtal Beach... and thats what we got!
1/2 block walk to the water. Convenient store, ice cream, and bar and grill right on the corner. No loud parties, just families all around. It was so nice to park our car for our entire stay.
The condo was perfect. Good fit, nice furnishings, super clean.

It was a quick stay for us but this place was great. We had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach. Coffee shop and pizza was in close walking distance but still kept a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!
