About this house rental
This is a descent two bedrooms place to relaxes after a long day of work, or a travel. The place is located in the lower level of the house. Its equipped with a flamboyant recently remodeled and fully kitchen, full bath. The corner of 48th Street is one of the quietest and safe place in Kentwood with access to main shopping centers, Restaurants, main Highways, airport, only ten minutes away from Grand Rapids metropolitan.

Good property. Went for new years and the stay was very pleasant

Upon arrival, the driveway is already out of commission due to fresh cement (That did not dry until the final day at the house/basement).
Given a set of keys from the owner, I was under the assumption I would have rented the entire house. False. The house was occupied by the owner and his family, during the entire stay, no where on the listing was it advertised as a shared stay. Reassured by the owner, my partner & I, were told no body visited the basement and we would have complete privacy. Again, False. The wife/co-owner spent the entire stay doing laundry and having phone calls in the laundry room, invading on us as we were actively in the shower or uncomfortable states.
My partner & I over heard loud commotions and what seemed like an aggressive tone about our stay, that very first night.
Fortunately we visited on business terms so our residency was not a complete bother to the family but left us vacant and uncomfortable to even sleep there.
I would not recommend this stay to anyone, and would appreciate a follow up response.
