Enjoy the beachfront views from The Gem, a one King bedroom condo that includes an additional daybed and hall bunks for extra sleeping areas. Currently Licensed for 5 people occupancy by City of PCB. License number CND1305934/PCB 33440. The living room looks out over the ocean. Includes a washer/dryer in unit and 1 1/2 baths. Full kitchen, plenty of towels, beach gear. Includes beach chair service for two and extra beach gear in the condo. We have beach towels, small drink cooler, rolling beach cart that converts into a lounger and sports chairs in a bag,

I was very impressed with the furnishings in the entire unit. I occupied the unit alone but if I had my family, there were more than enough supplies stocked up, sheets, blankets, beach chairs etc. I totally enjoyed this unit and will ask for this unit when I return to PCB next spring,
