About this house rental
Find relaxation among the gentle giant oak Trees of Pensacola. Beach Vibes from the moment you walk into your private 1940s bungalow. Decor featuring vibrant colors and beachy scents will make you feel at home away from home.
Back Yard recently updated with - Deck, cowboy pool, yard games including Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, mini golf. Year round 5 person hot tub. Plus BBQ grill and patio dining set for 8.
Living room loaded with games to play. And Roku TV with free channels and login to all of your favorite apps. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware needed to prepare fantastic meals for your entire group or family. Super fast internet clocking at 500mb per second.
Hang out in the huge back yard under a canopy of 100 year old gigantic oak trees and create beautiful memories under the stars.
Master bedroom has a King Sized bed on an extremely sturdy frame, with no wobbles or creaks. Get a seriously comfortable nights sleep. On either side of the hallway are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. #2 is the flamingo room, with a super comfy queen bed, quiet and peaceful. #3 is the anchor room / office. Including a desk, computer monitor, and printer. The bed is a full that can fit 1 person comfortably.
The bathroom is fully stocked with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Including hair dryer, straightener, and a nice shower / bathtub with good pressure and nice hot water.
The house is located centrally and it is close to all of Florabama's major destinations. 16 minutes to Airport, 15 minutes to downtown Pcola, 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach. 20 minutes to Johnson Beach (less crowded) and Perdido. Just a quick 30 minute drive to Orange Beach as well.
On the main street close to the house, there are over 30 restaurants to choose from, all within 1 minute drive from the house. Along with a farmers market and Publix grocery store all within the same 1 minute radius.
This up and coming neighborhood is a friendly and historic community. Some of the houses you see nearby are in need of some paint and tlc, but the neighbors are super friendly and it is a very safe neighborhood and it is a perfectly quiet place close enough to all the great destinations yet away from the crowds with a charming country vibe.

Beds were comfortable. Back yard is great - for kids and adults. Host was extremely attentive to any need! The house was perfect for us!!

The rooms were clean and that was nice, the backyard needs some work. I have stayed in Pensocola Beach for years, but have never stayed in a neighborhood that was scary looking. Although the place was safe, we won't be back to that area.
