Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No events or visitors. This is a non-smoking property.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval and a $185 fee per pet. No cats. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

All the details made this stay very nice. Amenities that you usually don't get in a rental were there. Fully equipped kitchen with good products. Not just cheap kitchen equipment. Olive oil coffee salt ans pepper all available. Most places you have to run out and buy your own basics. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Quite literally a great location. Around the corner from an array of restaurants and coffee shops and just one short block from the Strand and beach. Would def stay again. Thanks!
