About this cottage rental
Relax and unwind in this unique setting, close to Lands End, moments away from miles upon miles of cliff paths, unspoilt beaches and a character village with authentic pubs!
The south-west facing garden offers views of the nearby Isles of Scilly on a clear day - the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner drink after a hard day at the beach !!
Teylu is Cornish for family - an acknowledgement of the wonderful family memories we have already made in this home
The space
A quaint and cosy period cottage, rich in history. From the main bedroom guests can enjoy a clear view of the cricket pitch to the left, with the local hills as a backdrop. And to the right you will have views of fields that fall away into the sea.
Given the age of the property, parts of the garden are paved in local granite - a little uneven in parts.

Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children
The 3rd bedroom can be setup as either a King bed, or 2x twin beds (as pictured)

We had a wonderful week in St Just and loved to stay in your cottage Teylú.

We booked oue stay in Teylu a few weeks in advance to attend the funeral of a family member. We know the area really well anyway, but Gabriella and Matt (the hosts) were extremely helpful and were happy to help in any way they could, and if messaged, we received a swift reply within hours.
The location of Teylu was easy to find and parking sufficent for two average sized cars (reverse parking is recommended).
The property was clean, tidy and perfectly suited to the needs of a 5 adult family, with a lovely view of the sea, and a short walk to Cape Cornwall.
Thank you Gabriella and Matt for allowing us to stay in Teylu, our visit may not have been under the happiest of circumstances, but the property provided us all with the comfort and respite we neeeded. We hope to stay in Teylu again in the future.
